Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels irrespective of body type, age, ability or shape (e.g. students, teachers, staff, family members and the public). Yoga also has so many benefits from de-stressing after a busy day; toning muscles, increase balance and flexibility to meeting new people.

My approach to running classes is that I offer a non-challenging, safe, fun and friendly space for people to tap into their potential and improve their well-being. A typical class starts with a warm up. Followed by a sequence of Yoga poses (Asanas) with focus on breath (Pranayama) and movement. After the active part of class, the session concludes with a period of relaxation (Savasana).

My Yoga classes are suitable for mixed level and beginners.
