Course outline

This course introduces participants to web design through HTML and Dreamweaver, also making use of free software and free online hosting for students to publish and maintain their websites. Participants will learn how to build web pages containing text, images, links, rollovers, navigation and forms.


Participants will gain experience in HTML coding and styling. 

This is an 8-week term course and each class is 2 hours and 30 minutes in duration.  There is with no certification offered with this course.  The course is suitable for participants with a personal interest in web design and for those interested in web design as a potential career path. At the end of this course, participants will be able to create web sites and publish them online.
