Electronics impinges on all our lives in very many ways and industry consistently needs a supply of people with recognised qualifications in electronics. This course is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in the Electronics and/or Electronic Servicing Industry. The student may use this course as a progression route to the Institutes of Technology.
Leaving Certificate (LC Established, LCVP or LCA) or equivalent
For mature applicants appropriate experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Participants will be required to undertake 10 days of work placement in a relevant location. The College will assist participants in identifying suitable placements.
